James H. Richardson, Jr.
has been chosen one of
Pennsylvania Super Lawyers of
2008 for the fourth consecutive year. The research department at Law & Politics,
and the publishers of the Philadelphia Magazine, reviewed
ballots that were mailed to 36,000 area attorneys who
have been licensed for 5 years or more. They were
to name the best lawyers they had personally observed in
action. Jim's designation was in the area of
Matrimonial Law and Litigation.
Attorney Richardson has also recently been
elected First Vice President of the Pennsylvania
Shrine Association, and reappointed to the position
of Donor Relations Chair for the Mid-Atlantic Shrine
Association. In addition to the local and
Mid-Atlantic Donor Relations appointments, Jim
Richardson has now received an appointment to the
Imperial Donor Relations Committee, and has been
designated the Director for Western Pennsylvania.
This Committee is the group that, on an
international basis, seeks to attract funding for
the 22 Shriners Children's Hospitals in North
America, as well as for the research and prevention
programs advanced by the hospital system.
These hospitals specialize in the pediatric care
specialties of orthopaedics, burns, spinal cord
injuries, and cleft lip and palate. The
finding activities of this Imperial Committee help
make it possible to provide all of these specialized
services at no charge to the patients and their
families.

Every year millions of people are injured
or killed through no fault of their own. Whether caused by
a defective product, a drunken driver or the negligence of
another person who simply wasn't paying attention, personal
injuries are a fact of modern life.
