Local Shriners Elected to Statewide Office: At the April 2009 meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Shrine Association, two Erie County Shriners were elected to positions in the Pennsylvania Shrine Association. Pictured is James H. Richardson, Jr., Chief Rabban of Zem Zem Shriners, who was installed as President of the Pennsylvania Shrine Association, and Jeffrey B. Stephenson, Recorder and Past Potentate of Zem Zem Shriners, who was re-elected as Secretary/Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Shrine Association.
